MIA International Food Show 21-24 February 2010
MIA is the
section of SAPORE leader for the eating out food industry, and a
chance to discover a market worth in excess of 65.7 billion Euro in
Italy (and still growing). It is expected that the weight of the
modern catering sector will increase by 45% in 2015, while collective
catering and traditional catering sectors will increase by 30% and
25%, respectively (source: Nomisma survey).
Interesting new
opportunities for large-scale distribution will be provided by the
3rd Large-Scale Distribution Buyer’s Day organized Tuesday,
including round tables and meetings with the companies.
